Bailey's Irish Cream Whoopie Pie Filling

• Yield: 20 or so whoopie pies filled

Came home one day last week and there on the kitchen table was a new bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream. Today when I went to make Whoopie Pies, I thought, why not a Bailey's Cream filling for them? Here's the simple filling recipe I found. Worked great.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 sticks butter room temp
• 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 6 T Bailey's Irish Cream

Instructions

1. Mix all in mixer. Put in pastry bag or plastic bag with corner cut out. Fill whoopie pie cookies.
