My spin on spiked eggnog from a carton!
Found this online and it worked really well. Made mushroom/Swiss cheese quiches (4 of them) with Jarlsberg Swiss and they came out great. Great flavor and the custard was creamy delicious.
I couldn’t find the freeze-dried strawberries this recipe calls for so I bought frozen strawberries and skipped the milk. Still made it quite runny when not in the frig. Filling used with Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. Very tasted and we … Continue reading
I put these two together from the “Whoopie Pies” cookbook by Sarah Billingsley and Amy Treadwell. I just used a regular hand mixer and it worked fine. Parchment paper made clean up easier.
